Westley is a character in the Di'angelo series. He is widely regarded as the most useless character on the show, usually not taking any part in the show at all, except in small appearances that take place on his roof.

Westley has a attraction to planes, which he is usually seen playing with. In the unaired pilot, he finally speaks for once and has Di'angelo test drive his radio-controlled plane for him. Normally, Westley is seen on the roof of his house, playing with his toy planes and waiting for the day he actually becomes a pilot. In Di'angelo!, he finally gets a bigger part and wanders off to the Air Force grounds so he can fly a plane. Westley also seems to be the most hated character on the show, before Erasi, for no reason whatsoever. Whenever he's about to say something, he's either cut off or told to shut up, as his ideas are deemed worthless by everyone else. Westley also has the worst luck of anyone on the show, having the most horrible and tragic things happen to him (being eaten, crushed, burnt, etc.).

Westley has tricolor reddish brown, black, and white fur. His eyes are a dark blue. He has long ears, short/medium sized tail, short legs, and a semi-long body (due to him being half Basset Hound). He is the only character to constantly wear clothes, as he wears a pilot outfit (jacket and hat/helmet with goggles attached to it).

- He is only other beagle in the main cast besides Rico.
